Vic has blended counseling and ministry throughout his adult life. He has an undergrad degree in Ministry and Biblical Studies from Abilene Christian University and a Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has served as a counselor in a variety of settings, including churches, colleges and in private practice. Marriage and Men’s emotions have been a primary counseling focus through the years. He and his wife, Kay, owned and operated Life Resources, a Wisconsin state certified mental health clinic, with multiple therapists and three locations, for ten years. Recently, he served for three years as a lead therapist for Hope Restored, an intensive marriage therapy ministry of Focus on the Family. In his current practice he offers intensive therapy for couples, extending hours to add momentum and effectiveness to therapeutic change.

Ministry has taken him into church planting, multi-site development, lead pastor, and missions. Vic has been married to Kay for over 52 years. They have 3 daughters, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. They currently reside in Beaver, PA.
